Cape Charles’ mosquito spraying vendor will be spraying monthly through the summer. The proposed schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, July 25 and Tuesday, August 29
Spraying will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Bay Creek neighborhoods (Heron Pointe, Bayside Village, The Hollies, The Signature, Plantation Point, The Fairways, New Quarter, Marina Village East, The Colony/King’s Bay). Spraying will then move to the historic district, going east to west starting with Washington Avenue, then north to south starting with Harbor Avenue.
The majority of Mason Avenue will not be sprayed due to the number of people still outside at 9:00 p.m.
The town will not be spraying in September due to the monarch butterfly migration.

So refreshing. Thank you.
