Sopes: A beloved staple in Mexican cuisine, El Ranchito’s sopes are lovingly crafted parcels of joy. A fried masa base with savory toppings, your choice of meats, with beans and pico.
Bowls: One of the Mirror favorites. Fresh and local, with rice, your choice of meats, pico, and cheese.
Burritos: El Ranchito takes traditional Mexican proteins, beans, rice, fresh lettuce, and pico, then layers, stuffs, and tucks them into sturdy tortillas (always excellent).
Note: All offerings can go vegetarian or vegan by request. Just leave out the meat and cheese, de acuerdo.
