Certificate of Appropriateness Applications review:
- 538 Monroe Avenue – modify previously approved fence material & location; extension
of COA 11/16/2022 – APPROVED - 551 Tazewell Avenue – replace existing flashing and repair chimney as needed –
APPROVED - 500 Monroe Avenue – construct a 334 sq. ft. rear addition; repair one chimney and
remove one chimney; & to construct new ADU/accessory structure – APPROVED as
follows: (1) repair both chimneys and exterior to be brick veneer; & modification to
garage door as presented by applicant at meeting - Lots 169D and 172D Plum Street: Robert & Susan Heindel: – construct new 1,013 sq. ft.,
2-story house with a 168 sq. ft. front porch, 169 sq. ft. rear patio, rear outdoor shower,
and 16 sq. ft. shed – APPROVED - 327 Madison Avenue – construct new 955 sq. ft., 1-story home with 200 sq. ft. front
covered porch, 95.58 sq. ft. back deck, back patio, outdoor shower, and 112 sq. ft. shed
– APPROVED with condition that square footage be increased per zoning ordinance
