- Mason Christmas Décor Removal: The completion of the removal of Christmas decorations from Mason.
- Public Works Shop Renovation: Ongoing renovations at the public works shop.
- Work Order Completion: Several work orders have been successfully completed.
- Beach Maintenance: Clearing sand from the fishing pier, south gutters at the bathhouse, wheelchair ramp, and steps ensures a safe and enjoyable beach experience for residents and visitors.

Routine Operations
Normal operations, including brush and yard debris pickups, trash collections, and residential trash can maintenance, continue seamlessly. Six truckloads of brush were taken for recycling, amounting to approximately 1020 cubic yards.
