Cape Charles, Va. — The Town of Cape Charles has moved forward with the next phase of its Inner Harbor Bulkhead Rehabilitation project by opening four bids for Phase 3 of the project. Bay Coastal Contracting emerged as the winning bidder, marking a key milestone in the town’s efforts to bolster its waterfront infrastructure.
The contract award will be presented for authorization at the next Cape Charles Town Council meeting, scheduled for November 7. The project, now in its third phase, aims to enhance and reinforce the aging bulkhead, ensuring long-term resilience for the town’s Inner Harbor area.
