CAPE CHARLES, Va.— Newly appointed Cape Charles Town Manager Rick Keuroglian held his first department head meeting this past week, marking the beginning of a new leadership direction aimed at instilling a values-based culture in Town operations.
Keuroglian, who took office in May, introduced the town’s new cultural framework built on the principles of Professionalism, Accountability, and Respect (PAR).
“We will strive for professionalism to set the standard for excellence, reliability, and credibility,” Keuroglian said in a statement following the meeting. “We will strive for accountability to promote ownership, build trust, and promote continuous improvement. We will strive to be respectful to foster a culture of valuing others — to be a place where people love coming to work and love serving our community.”
The initiative signals a commitment to improving workplace morale and public service in the growing coastal town, where officials continue to address development, infrastructure, and tourism-related challenges.
Keuroglian said the PAR values will guide internal operations and employee behavior, with the goal of enhancing the town’s overall effectiveness and connection to residents.

He’s going to have his hands full. There’s a select few with a greater than God attitude and who have totally forgotten who they work for. They need a serious reset, or another job.
Florida didn’t want him and Colorado was planning to get rid of him anyway. Don’t really see Cape Charles keeping him for long. Then again you never know with this town.
