EASTVILLE, Va. — The Northampton County Wetlands Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, to consider one application and hear public comments regarding a proposed waterfront construction project.
The meeting will begin with an 8:00 a.m. site visit to the affected property, followed by a public hearing at approximately 9:30 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the County Administration Building, located at 16404 Courthouse Road in Eastville.
According to the public notice, the application under review — VMRC 2025-2233 — was submitted by Cavalier Advisors LLC, represented by Daniel Hooper. The property is identified as Tax Map 13-4-B.
The public is invited to review the application file, available in the Planning, Permitting, and Enforcement Office at the County Administration Building, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Written comments may be submitted by email to olivia.bennett@co.northampton.va.us, or delivered by mail or in person to the Planning, Permitting, and Enforcement Office.
