ACES and ESCC Foundation Plan Scholarship Fundraiser
Thomas Pandolfi, world famous pianist extraordinaire, is returning to the Eastern Shore for the sixth year, back by popular demand! The Arts Council of the Eastern Shore and the Eastern Shore Community College Foundation will host Two Centuries of Musical Treasures: Beethoven to Bacharach on Saturday, May 20, 2016, to raise scholarship funds for Eastern Shore students.
The gala event will be held at the Eastern Shore Yacht & Country Club, beginning at 6:00 PM. Mr. Pandolfi will play three sets of 30 minutes each with time in between for guests to select beverages and food from the open bar and buffet tables.
The evening will include musical masterpieces that span two hundred years, by European and American composers: Ludwig van Beethoven, Franz Liszt, Leonard Bernstein, George Gershwin, Barry Manilow, and Bert Bacharach.
The proceeds from this evening are for the benefit of the ESCC Foundation and ACES Scholarship Programs. Mr.Pandolfi was a scholarship recipient when he studied at the famous Julliard School where he received Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees.
