  1. I live outside of Cape Charles, so don’t have a vested interest. However, suggest the good people of Cape Charles look at how the Downtown and Midtown tunnel Public-Private deal worked out for the people who have to live with it every day. These companies are in business to make money, which should be no surprise, but you need to ask yourself if you want to turn over a vital service to an outside entity. Also look at their reviews on Google. Depending on the location: 1 star, 1.3 star, 3 star ratings.

  2. Well done – give people something to think about, and then, how to go about doing it, like checking ratings, which is so easy to do on the internet.
