According to town staff, the Cape Charles Dolphin has been repaired and will be moved back to the beachfront before the start of the new season. The town is not sure when
the dolphin will be moved, but it will more than likely be sometime after the weather warms this spring. The exact location for the dolphin also has not been determined. The Mirror
will provide more details as they become available.
