The Cape Charles Town Council will hold its Regular Meeting next Thursday, December 7 at 6:30 pm.
On the agenda, the council will be looking to adopt an ordinance
“Declaring a Local Emergency and Disaster Created by the
COVID-19 Pandemic”.
Also on the agenda, an appeal to another Historic District Review Board will be heard. This appeal has to do with the owner of 627 Monroe’s attempt to replace wood windows with vinyl.
A request to approve a Conditional Use Permit for an Accessory Dwelling at 401 Madison Avenue will be reviewed.
