Pets of the Week: Tulip and Piper
We have highlighted them before, but here are Tulip and Piper taking a power nap after playtime. They are two wonderful beagles still looking for a forever home.

Pet of the Week: Meet Piper
Hi, I’m Piper and if you like Beagles, get your application in now! I shouldn’t be here too long, however, I have to stay a month to get treated for heartworms. But I can get applications and have visits with my new prospective family now.I am about 3 years old, weigh 30 lbs, and already spayed. I am a retired hunter, here with my friends, Wendy and Tulip.
We are all lucky that our former family took us to the nearest animal shelter instead of just letting us go off and something bad happen to us.
I should be good with children and dogs, but haven’t met cats yet. I have a lovely, deep Beagle Bay and love to sing to you. I will need patience while potty training, and maybe some house manners, too.
If interested in adopting me, email shorespca@gmail.com to request an application as we are not open for viewing due to COVID-19. We schedule visits after going over applications.
Pet of the Week: Meet Princess
Hi, I’m Princess and I’m a chihuahua. I just got here, so not too much is known about me yet. I appear to be sweet and friendly and enjoy being with people. I am pretty tiny, weighing only 5 lbs. I tested negative for heartworms at this time. I will be getting vaccinated and spayed on April 15 and can start having visits after recovering from surgery and be able to go home.
If interested in adopting me, email shorespca@gmail.com to request an application as we are not open for viewing due to COVID-19. We schedule visits after going over applications.

Pet of the week: Meet Scottie
Meet Scottie!
Hi, I’m Scottie and I’m a 4 year old Border Collie mix, but very petite, weighing only 19 lbs.
I will need just the right home, as I am timid, and also always on the go. My new family will HAVE to have experience with my breed, and some patience while I get to know them.
I have not shown much interest in interacting with people while I’ve been here, but will typically come up and take treats-and I’m not too gentle doing that, either.
I have been neutered and am up to date on vaccines, as well as testing negative for heartworms.
If you’re interested in adopting, email shorespca@gmail.com to request an application; due to COVID 19, we are not allowing people inside our building yet, and schedule visits after we’ve received, and looked over, adoption applications.
Pet of the Week: Meet Morris
Meet Morris
Hi, I’m Morris and I’m a handsome tabby & white male kitten. I’m 1 year old and have been neutered. I am friendly and outgoing and also love to play. I’m living with siblings and friends now, and should do ok with other cats. I’ve not meet dogs yet.
I am litter box trained and up to date on vaccines and negative for FeLV/FIV.
We are open by appointment only; email shorespca@gmail.com to request an application as we are arranging visits after applications are submitted.
Pet of the Week: Captain Still Needs a Forever Home!
Hi, I’m Captain and I am a 5.5 year old Rat Terrier mix little boy, weighing only 11 lbs. I can be a little timid at first and shouldn’t go to a home with small children because of this.
I need work with house training, so some patience is necessary; I get pretty scared when scolded, too. I do not do well with other pets, and need to be the only pet in the family.
I am heartworm negative and started prevention and am up to date on vaccines. I have already been neutered.
If interested in adopting me, email shorespca@gmail.com to request an application as we are not open for viewing due to COVID-19. We schedule visits after going over applications.
