ONANCOCK, Virginia – The local group Eastern Shore Cruisers held 19 car shows in 2024 with proceeds benefiting many local community organizations. The Cruisers’ annual Axing Out Cancer show benefits patients at the Riverside Shore Cancer Center. Axing Out Cancer has a seven-year history of generous support totaling $35,000 according to the Cruisers’ president Chester Jackson.
Jackson said, “The Eastern Shore Cruisers club is not just about going out and showing your car off and coming back home, its more about giving back to the community.”
Cruisers car shows will start back up again in April for another productive year of supporting the Shore.
