The annual Fourth of July Firecracker Book Sale, sponsored by Friends of the Eastern Shore Public Library, will be held July 4 from 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Accomac Library, 23610 Front St., Accomac.
The book sale is the major fundraiser for the Friends, and this year’s sale promises to be one of the best ever with plenty of fiction, non-fiction and children’s books to chose from. Prices range from $2.00 for hardbacks to 50 cents for paperbacks. Spend $20 and get a free book bag.
For children there are free coloring books and free pencils, and free refreshments are available for everyone. Come early for the best selection. For more information, please call the library, 757-787-2589.
