Please join the Beekeepers Guild of the Eastern Shore for an exciting meeting presented by Master Beekeeper Eric Talley. Talley will be presenting “Controlling Varroa Mites without Chemicals” on Saturday September 17th at 10am.
Location: Naomi Makemie Presbyterian Church in Onancock on Market St. and Lee St.
Eric is a NC State Beekeepers Association Master Craftsman Beekeeper who lives and raises bees on the coast. Eric started beekeeping in 1973 as a Future Farmers of America project. Four years later he joined the US Marine Corps and didn’t have honey bees for the next 30 years. He currently has 45 colonies and raises and sells VSH queens and nucs.
If you have a curiosity about honeybees, please come.
