On March 26 a FOIA request was received by Town Manager John Hozey requesting the complete contact information for all current employees. Oddly, the request came without its own name and contact information. The requester did not provide their name, address, only theemail address where the request originated.
The town clerk replied with a letter to the email address asking for the name and legal address of the requester as permitted by Code of Virginia § 2.2-3704(A).
The response timeframe is tolled until a response has been received from the mystery person.
