The Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 6:00 pm in the Cape Charles Civic Center at 500 Tazewell Avenue, to receive comment regarding an application for a conditional use permit to allow a residential dwelling unit above a commercial use in the C-1 zoning district at 325 Mason Avenue (tax map #83A3-1-610).
The Planning Commission will hold a special meeting immediately following the public hearing to consider the request.

Anyone interested in attending and needing special assistance please contact the Town at least forty-eight hours before the hearing. We will be limiting the in-person attendance to a maximum of 10 people and adhering to social distancing practices.
