The streets of Cape Charles were marginally busy for the Cape Charles Police Department in the month of July. Along with sending wanted suspects back to New York and Accomac, the police busted citizens for possession of marijuana, as well as possession of “tobacco”. Sixty-six parking tickets were also issued, as well as fifteen traffic summons.
New officers Diaz, and Charlton started police academy July 17th, and also completed RADAR certification.
Officer Michael Charlton is the new member of the CCPD. He was hired July 6th.
