Science and Philosophy Seminar of the Eastern Shore of Virginia has scheduled its next seminar, “Can You Hear Me Now? Cell Phone Operation and Evolution.” The free 90-minute seminar will be at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, October 12 in the Lecture Hall of the Eastern Shore Community College, 29300 Lankford Hwy, Melfa, VA 23410.
In the last few decades, cell phones have become more and more a part of modern living. Terry Malarkey will explain the basics of how they work and the evolution of the technology.
