Science and Philosophy Seminar of the Eastern Shore of Virginia has scheduled its next seminar, “The Revolution in PTSD Treatment for the 21st Century.” The free 90-minute seminar will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday, December 13 in the Lecture Hall of the Eastern Shore Community College, 29300 Lankford Hwy, Melfa, VA 23410.
Sarah Hansel will explain the revolutionary new treatment for the ancient problem of Post-Traumatic Stress, and how it fits with previous treatments.
Hansel worked for 30 years as a clinical psychologist in the VA Maryland Health Care System where she specialized in treating combat and sexual assault trauma.
