If you are looking to escape some of the oppressive summer crowds of Cape Charles, if you expand your horizons, you will find real gems out in the county. The life of the cool seems to have migrated to places like Cheriton, VA.
A case in point is the gorgeous Shore Breeze farms located at 3210 Townfield Drive in Cheriton.
They offer fresh produce including their own hydroponic lettuce, fresh meats, and some of Virginia’s finest products. Some of the delectable offerings including Birdie’s spreads, fresh chutney, and an assortment of gourmet jellies, barbecue sauces, dressings, and salsa.
They have some of the very best sweet corn on the shore, and it will be ready for picking in just a few weeks.
The store is open 10-5 Monday – Saturday.
