  1. Bravo! I have learned that the oyster shells from the CBES Bike Ride and the Cape Charles Museum Oyster Roasts are being donated to The Nature Conservancy to help in these efforts. This demonstrates wonderful community support and awareness.

  2. Congratulations and Bravo Zulu to all participants ! But let’s not lose sight of the chicken house expansion efforts that could neutralize these positive efforts . The people dedicated to chicken house proliferation in Northampton County are relentless and determined .

    1. The citizens of the Eastern Shore of Virginia eat chicken 4 or 5 times a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The seafood is being eaten at high-dollar restaurants up and down the eastern seaboard. A group of people that do not wish to support the industry that feeds them, but wishes to grow seafood to feed patrons of high-dollar restaurants. Makes perfect sense.
