The Cape Charles’s Town Clerk’s office has been kept busy with more and more FOIA requests.
The extension letter for the second FOIA request for all correspondence and/or documentation related to the recent rezoning request was sent to the requestor, with a response due by August 17.
On August 3, 2021, responded to the FOIA request re: correspondence between Mayor Dize and Mr. Edward Wells
On August 5, 2021, the clerk’s office responded to the FOIA request regarding information and documentation on a former town employee
