The Wetlands & Coastal Dunes Board reviews applications for certain activities in wetlands and dune areas within the town of Cape Charles.
Town Council approved Bob Roche, who currently serves on the Wetlands & Coastal Dunes Board and his term expired on November 12, 2017.
The Harbor Area Review Board oversees the town’s Historic Harbor Area Overlay District and serves as an advisory board for the issuance of Harbor Development Certificates for construction, reconstruction, substantial exterior alteration, razing, or relocation of structures within the Historic Harbor Area Overlay District.
Council approved three members whose terms were expiring on December 20, 2017 – Ralph Orzo, Edward Eichman and Stuart.
