The Town of Cape Charles has responded to the latest Notice of Violatoin issued by DEQ for the town’s wastewater plant. The violation appears marginally minor, mainly due to issues with the effluent sample collection timelines.
The town has made arrangements with its lab courier to ensure the samples are collected after the mandatory 8-hour compliance window.
