The wastewater plant treated an average of 187,077 gallons a during the week of 8/20 with a high day of
218,758 gallons a day on 8/13/21. The Town Utility Staff continued to do normal maintenance on the Plant and collection system. Staff was called in at 4:00 am to perform an emergency repair on a Vacuum pump at
New Quarter Vacuum station.
Routine maintenance processes including filter backwashing and softener regenerations were performed by staff at the Water Plant, as well as daily water quality testing and analysis.
