Below are the candidates that have qualified for the November 5, 2019 General and Special Elections.
Northampton Constitutional Offices include Beverly Leatherbury for Commonwealth’s Attorney, David Doughty for Sheriff, Charlene Gray for Commissioner of Revenue, and Cynthia Bradford for Treasurer.
The race for Board of Supervisor pits Dixon Leatherbury against David Kabler in District 4. Betsy Mapp is running alone in District 5.
The school board race includes Charlena Jones at large, Jo Ann Molera District 4, and Skip Oakley District 5.
Soil and Water Director Eastern Shore District (Electing two) has S. Kyle Sturgis and Robin Rich-Coates.
Master Chef Jason Van Marter is running for Cheriton Town Council

We should not elect realtors to serve as members of the Northampton County Board of Supervisors or for any other electable office.
Way to much of a conflict of interest from that profession to ethically handle the responsibility that comes the position.
