About Diddy
Hi there, I’m Diddy and I’m a Poodle mix around 7 years old. I’m definitely not looking my best right now because I had to be shaved all the way down to my skin-I was one large mat of knots. Needless to say, I hadn’t been groomed in years; my nails were so long over an inch was cut off and they’re still pretty long.
I’m lucky to still be around, let me tell you. My dad passed away and no one noticed for 3 days, so I was without food/water for that time. When people came, I was so dehydrated I had to immediately go to the vet for fluids. I’m small, but not tiny, weighing around 15 lbs. In a few months after I start getting some hair really growing back, I’ll need to have regular grooming appointments so I never get in that condition again.
I haven’t been around children, cats or other dogs yet. But, I love everyone I meet and I love playing with squeaky toys. I will throw them and have a grand time squeaking them, as well as talking to them, too. I’ve been neutered and am up to date on vaccines, as well as being heartworm negative.
