The Cape Charles Town Council will hold its Regular Meeting next Thursday, January 16th at 6:30. The meeting is scheduled for the Cape Charles Civic Center.
On the agenda are Conditional Use Permit Applications for 501 Tazewell Avenue and 316B Mason Avenue. A proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments – Article II, Section 2.9 will be discussed and voted on.
Bob Panek will update Council on the Cape Charles Multi-Use Trail. Inner Harbor Rehabilitation and Improvements and FY 2020 Capital Project Budget Transfers are also on the agenda.
2020 Elderly and Handicapped Tax Relief Code Update and a proposed Lease of Space on Water Tower will be discussed.
