In September, the Northampton Board of Supervisors invited Bill Satterfield of the Delmarva Poultry Industry to give a presentation. At that time, Mr. Satterfield critiqued a study by the John Hopkins Center for a Livable Future, part of the Department of Environmental Health Science.
