At the June 17 Regular Meeting, the Cape Charles Town Council approved amendments to the Historic District Overlay Zoning Ordinance.
Below is a list of all of the changes (shown in green text additions or green text strikethroughs/deletions proposed by the Planning Commission to the originally advertised Zoning Text Amendments to Chapter VIII (Historic District Overlay) and Chapter II (Definitions Section). As a note, some minor changes to the below code were adopted after some discussion by Town Council. The Mirror will attempt to obtain and confirm those changes in a future article.
