The Cape Charles Rotary Club will again participate in the Salvation Armyβs Holiday Bell Ringing campaign at the Cape Charles Food Lion.
The Rotary invites community friends and neighbors to join this Holiday tradition on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from December 1st until December 17th .
