Thanks to the generous donations from our Friends members, we are excited to again be sponsors of the Children’s and Youth Summer Reading Program which will run from June 20 – August 11. Megan Gallipeau, the Youth Services Librarian, has a slate of wonderful activities lined up for the participants.

The program will kick off on June 20th with a visit by the Salisbury Zoo to the Accomac Library and again on June 26th to the Nassawadox Library. There are a variety of activities planned for all ages, from story time for our youngest to a reading scavenger hunt for the youth.
There will be prizes for reaching reading goals, and a raffle and pizza party to wrap up the summer of reading fun.
Please visit espl.org/kids-and-teens/ for more details on activities and times and locations.
You may contact Megan at YouthServices@espl.org or call 757-787-3400 with any questions.
