Afternoon Teas Series hosted by The Friends of the Cape Charles Memorial Library. Tickets are available for April’s tea, “Spring into Fashion!” presented by Periwinkles on April 11 at the Cape Charles Civic Center, 500 Tazewell Avenue, at 3 pm. Bring an article of clothing and learn how to accessorize it … or perhaps a piece of jewelry that needs just the right outfit. And by special request – learn to use scarves! Several teas and a variety of provisions will be served. Tickets are $15.00 and may be purchased by calling 331-1337.
