In the case of Bay Creek’s Jack Fisher, after being found guilty of Conspiracy to Defraud, the United States attorney has moved for entry of a forfeiture money judgment against Defendant Fisher in the amount of $112,448,314.35.
The forfeiture includes real property in ten locations around the country, automobiles, a plane, cash, and $25,000.00 cash held in lieu of One Male Jumping Horse Named Levland.
