Eastern Shore, VA – The Eastern Shore Medical Reserve Corps (ESMRC) is calling for dedicated volunteers to support the community in times of public health crises. The ESMRC is a robust network of medical and public health professionals, as well as non-medical community members, who contribute their skills, expertise, and time to bolster public health initiatives and respond to health emergencies across the Eastern Shore.
No medical training is required to join the ESMRC. The corps welcomes both medical and non-medical volunteers, offering opportunities for all to contribute. The ESMRC provides essential first aid and CPR training, alongside additional online training tailored to meet the needs of the organization.
Those interested in volunteering for this valuable cause can apply by visiting www.VAMRC.org. Your involvement can make a significant impact in enhancing the community’s resilience and response to public health challenges.
