ONANCOCK, Virginia – Riverside Health’s Martha W. Goodson Center, based in Hampton Roads, is bringing its services to the Eastern Shore. The Center is an innovative and exciting project in healthy aging that connects individuals facing the challenges of aging or caregiving with expert care and support.
On August 3, Riverside will host a free summer social event for family caregivers and older adults at the Eastern Shore Community College from 2:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event will include refreshments, family entertainment, live music by Johnny Mo, and a free raffle for a smart television. Caregivers and their loved ones are encouraged to come enjoy an afternoon of fun and to learn more about the services the Center provides.
