Cape Charles, Va. ā The Cape Charles Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is set to hold a public hearing and meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., where they will discuss a request from Dreams by the Water regarding potential changes to front setback requirements.
