The Town of Cape Charles is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Software as a Service (SaaS) assisting the Town with the management of Short-Term Rentals (rental of residential property for lodging purposes for a term of less than 30 days) operating in the corporate limits of Cape Charles. Said service to include the electronic submission and payment of all associated fees in the monitoring, registration, compliance, oversight and enforcement of Short-Term (Vacation) Rentals.
The Request for Proposal package is available by clicking the link below or can be picked up from the Town Clerk’s office at 2 Plum Street, Cape Charles, Virginia 23310. Bid submittal deadline is 2:00 PM, Friday, March 7, 2024.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received, and to make the award to the proposer whose proposal most closely satisfies the needs of the Town as outlined in this Request for Proposals.
