Hi, I am Mable, a female Shepard mix, around 1 year old. I am spayed and up to date on my vaccinations. I am small in stature, I am short, and I weigh in at around 33.1 lbs.
I am here with my mom, Paprika, and staff from the original rescue, and from Eastern Shore SPCA, where I currently am, and I believe that Mable and Paprika will do better in a home together. It seems they have spent most of their lives together and are more comfortable and social when together.
Mable is extremely shy upon meeting new people, so more than one visit may be needed with this pair.

However, once she warms up, she is friendly and curious. She is only slightly interested in toys, and if given the opportunity, would most likely make a good couch potato. She does enjoy affection
and attention.
This pair should not go into a home with cats, but another dog may be okay. Older children would be a better fit in a home with this pair instead of younger or toddler-aged.
If you think you may be interested in adopting Mable and Paprika you can stop by the shelter any Tuesday-Saturday from 10a.m.-2:30p.m. for a kennel walk-through. (We have no same day adoptions and an approved adoption application is required to be scheduled for a meet and greet.) You can pick up an adoption application while you are there or print one off on our website anytime www.shorespca.com.
You can also email us and ask that an adoption be sent to you 1-757-787-7385.

How did the poor, lost Eastern Shore folks ever make it before you people got here? I am quite sure…
Wow! You sound utterly helpless. Remember this, people with real wealth never mention their 'wealth'.
She is just as worthless as the hind tit on a boar-hog.
At first glance, you might think that wealthy retirees do not need services provided by the county, like schools. But…
