Close out your Historic Garden Tour weekend with a premier Eastern Shore performance of “All Creation Sings” by Bellissima! on Sunday, April 23rd at 4:00 p.m at Franktown United Methodist Church. Admission is free and all are welcome.
Bellissima! (Italian for “most beautiful”) is an auditioned women’s choral ensemble of 28 singers performing a wide variety of music composed for the distinct tonality, warmth and shimmer of women’s voices. The group was founded at Virginia Wesleyan college, Norfolk by combining the voices of college student women and singers in the Hampton Roads
community. Vocalists Jo Ann Molera, B.J. Rogers and Dora-Weston Wilkins make up the Eastern Shore contingent.
Bellissima! is celebrating 15 years as a community based performance group, operating as a non-profit organization. The group offers two concert series annually. Director Deborah Carr crafts a beautiful program each fall and spring uniquely designed to harness the singular sound of Bellissima! and convey
inspiring texts to audiences and communities throughout the region. We invite you to visit our
