  1. So, do we have too many chiefs ? Who gets to decide if there will be weddings there ? Why is there more than one entity even weighing in here ? The Planning Commission approves it, and then the BOS says no. Whose decision rules ? Is one entity opining and speaking when they shouldn’t ? If the BOS rules then why even ask the Planning Commission in the first place? OR, because these two groups disagree, then who is the 3rd entity to make the final decision ? It seems like there is a disagreement here when only one group should be making the decision. What gives ? The elimination of such disagreements didn’t happen a long time ago by simply making one group be The Voice That Matters ? Gheeeeezz….doesn’t seem appropriate or professional.
