Biden tested positive for COVID again Saturday and will return to “strict isolation procedures,” per his physician. Oy-vey. But Biden said we won’t get virus if we get vaccinated. And Fauci said the vax is effective. And Fauci told us that Paxil works. This is what science looks like (Pfizer). Perhaps he should have been treated with something that actually works like hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin. Just a thought.
Note: The COVID Vaccine is UNSAFE.
Now that he has COVID and knows he is contagious even after 4 shots, Joe Biden has absolutely zero moral authority to force a needle into the military, federal employees, medical workers, and foreign visitors.
U.S. basketball star Brittney Griner says her rights were not read to her when detained in Russia. Yeah, well, I went to Burger King and they wouldn’t give me a Big Mac. Democrats love to trade terrorists and killers for traitors and criminals.

The Electoral College is a fundamental check and balance implemented by the Founding Fathers because they knew one day there would be people with the right to vote who have incredibly dumb takes about our constitutional republic. Also, I don’t believe the Founding Fathers envisioned a country in which citizens paid half of what they earned to the government.
Do you get the feeling that the Jan 6th hearings were really just a distraction to hide the fact the Democrat’s policies are failing Americans?

Do I get the feeling that the Jan 6th hearings are really just a distraction to hide the fact the Democrat’s policies are failing Americans?
I would answer that in the affirmative, but it is also a matter of covering up, not only their BAD JUDGMENT in appointing Joe Biden president now that he is being rejected by three out of four Democrats, but also the fact that the people appointed by Nancy Pelosi were themselves responsible for putting Joe Biden in the white house after shoving OUR CONSTITUTION down the toilet, and let’s face it, the American people want a SPECTACLE like the Romans wanted bread and circuses where they got to see women torn apart by dogs and other wild animals for sport.

“Pelosi vetoes Banks, Jordan for Jan. 6 select committee”
By Olivia Beavers, Heather Caygle and Nicholas Wu
07/21/2021
Speaker Nancy Pelosi stunned the GOP on Wednesday by vetoing two of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s choices for a select panel investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol attack, a move all but guaranteed to spark a Republican boycott of the probe.
Pelosi rejected Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.), who was tapped to serve as ranking member, and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), both of whom voted to challenge certification of President Joe Biden’s electoral wins earlier this year.
The senior Democrats on the select committee and two close Pelosi allies — Chair Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) and Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) — were dead set against having Jordan and Banks on the panel.

Congressional Record – United States of America PROCEEDINGS AND DEBATES OF THE 117th CONGRESS, FIRST SESSION Vol. 167, WASHINGTON, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 6, 2021 No. 4
The SPEAKER.
For what purpose does the gentlewoman from California (Ms. LOFGREN) seek recognition?
Ms. LOFGREN.
Madam Speaker, I rise to strike the last word.
The SPEAKER.
The gentlewoman from California (Ms. LOFGREN) is recognized for 5 minutes.
Ms. LOFGREN.
Madam Speaker, this day marks a crossroads for American democracy.
Those who object to the counting of the electoral college votes, which reflect the votes of the American people, want to substitute their preferences for the voters’ choice.
That is not what our Constitution requires, and it is at odds with our American democratic Republic.
If Congress selects the next President instead of the American voters, we would have no need for an electoral college.
In fact, we would have no need for Presidential elections at all.
We would be moving from a government elected by the people to a government selected by those already governing.
That is not America.
In the United States, we abide by the choices of the people, not by an elite few.
The Framers of our Constitution considered to have Congress select the President and specifically rejected it.
Instead, they wrote Article II and the 12th Amendment.
Article II creates the electoral college, where each State appoints electors.
Laws of all 50 States and D.C. require electors to vote for the winner of the State’s popular election.
Each State provides for the orderly conduct of elections, including lawful challenges, recounts, and the like.
The 12th Amendment is what brings us to today.
It says the electors meet in their States.
That happened December 14.
The amendment says the electors shall cast their votes, sign and certify them, and transmit them to us, sealed.
That has been done.
The sealed envelopes containing the signed and certified ballots from each State’s electors reflecting the votes of the people are in those mahogany boxes.
The 12th Amendment directs the Vice President, as the President of the Senate, to do only this: open the sealed envelopes and then the votes shall be counted.
Simple.
It doesn’t say counted in a manner that some Members of Congress or the Vice President might prefer.
No.
The votes are simply to be counted as certified and transmitted by the States.
During reconstruction after the Civil War, more than one slate of electors were appointed by States.
Dueling lists were sent and protracted processes were undertaken in Presidential elections.
And, as a result, to make an orderly process, Congress enacted the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
This law governs our proceedings today.
The act provides dispute resolution mechanisms.
Under the ECA, if a Governor certifies a slate of electors and there are no competing slates in that State, the Governor-certified must be counted.
Today, every single slate of electors won by Joe Biden, or won by Donald Trump, got their Governor’s certification.
Not a single State submitted a competing slate.
There is no dispute to resolve.
The 2020 election was the most secure election conducted in modern history.
Challenges were resolved by lawful recounts and audits.
The result?
Vice President Biden won the 2020 election.
More than 60 lawsuits were filed contesting elements of the election process.
None of these lawsuits prevailed.
Why?
As even President Trump’s own judicial appointees ruled, there was no evidence of any wrongdoing that would change the outcome.
The people spoke.
It was not a close election.
The margin of victory for Biden in 2020 was larger than Trump’s margin in 2016.
In fact, the Biden victory is one of the most decisive in modern times, exceeding the margin enjoyed by Reagan when he defeated Carter in 1980.
Congress has gathered in a joint session to count electoral votes every four years since 1789.
I understand the disappointment people feel when their candidate for President loses.
I have felt the same several times in my voting life.
When that happens, it is not an invitation to upend the Constitution and the laws of the United States.
It is an invitation to work with the new President for the good of the country and to wait for the next election in 4 years if you are dissatisfied.
In that spirit, I urge my colleagues to uphold the American democracy and reject the objection.

“Biden approval rating falls to new low in Gallup poll”
Caroline Vakil
29 JULY 2022
President Biden’s approval rating sank to a new low since Gallup conducted its first survey of the president’s approval rating in January 2021, according to a new poll it released on Friday.
Gallup also compared Biden’s average approval rating in the sixth quarter to that of elected presidents going back to former President Eisenhower, noting that Biden had the lowest average approval rating of them all at this point in the presidency at 40 percent.
Former Presidents Trump and Carter had the next lowest average approval rating in the sixth quarter at 42 percent, while former President George W. Bush had the highest average at that point at 75 percent.
The poll is more bad news for the president, who has continued to be mired in low approval ratings, one of several political headwinds facing Democrats ahead of the November midterms.
This is laughable because “DEMENTIA JOE” Biden is deemed not only a worse president than Trump, which in itself is quite an accomplishment, but the worst president we have ever had, something a majority of the American people including Democrats agree with:

“Democrats adopt a new strategy: Beat Back Biden”
Opinion by James Sweet
28 JULY 2022
On Tuesday, the University of New Hampshire published a poll spelling doom for the incumbent president’s chances at winning the state’s presidential primary.
Voters in New Hampshire are expressing concerns similar to Cunningham’s about Biden’s age and ability to serve.
Fully 78% of New Hampshire voters are “very or somewhat concerned” about the president’s age, and 75% of New Hampshire Democrats share that sentiment as well.
And 74% of New Hampshire voters do not want Biden to run for a second term.
Democratic voters’ support for Biden’s re-election efforts crashed from 54% in June to 31% in July.
Democrats are quickly realizing that economic mismanagement is making Biden’s brand toxic.
Biden can keep feigning ignorance, but Democrats see the writing on the wall.
It’s why California Gov. Gavin Newsom runs ads in Florida to position himself against Gov. Ron DeSantis while Illinois Gov. J. B. Pritzker speaks at Florida Democrat leadership conventions.
If Midwestern, Northeastern, and Southern Democrats don’t want Biden, one has to ask: who does?
His net favorability is negative in 48 states.
Biden is above water in Maryland by 2%, and he only breaks even in Vermont.
The vultures circling over Biden’s administration are card-carrying Democrats.
When the perfect moment arises, Newsom and other presidential hopefuls will launch their bids for the White House.
The priority of the Democratic Party is no longer to Build Back Better, but to Beat Back Biden.

“Joe Biden’s Approval Rating Latest Lowest for Any President”
Ewan Palmer
1 August 2022
Joe Biden approval ratings have sunk to an all-time low in the most recent Gallup Poll, with just 38 percent of people happy with the job the president is doing.
A follow up question found that 45 percent of Americans “strongly” disapprove of Biden’s performance, compared to just 13 percent who strongly approve.
Biden’s sixth quarter approval rating of 40 percent — covering April 20 through July 19 — is also the lowest of any president in modern history dating back to Dwight Eisenhower.
By comparison, Donald Trump’s sixth quarter approval rating was 42 percent, the same as the equal previous lowest score that Jimmy Carter had in 1978.
When broken down further, Biden is also seeing a joint all-time low with regards to support from Democrats.
According to July’s Gallup poll, 78 percent of Democrats approve of Biden’s presidency, the lowest since he recorded the same points in December 2021.
Less than one third (30 percent) of Democrats say they strongly approve of Biden, with nearly half (45 percent) of all voters polled saying they strongly disapprove of the job he’s doing as president.
Nearly the same amount of Independents (43 percent) also say they strongly disapprove of Biden, with an overwhelming 87 percent of Republicans giving the same view.
Biden’s continually plummeting approval ratings have started to raise concerns from his own party with regards to the upcoming midterms, as well as the 2024 election.
A number of other polls have also found that a majority of voters do not want the 79-year-old to run again in the next election, with a recent New York Times/Sienna College survey revealed that 64 percent of Democratic voters said they would prefer a new candidate over Biden.
According to FiveThirtyEight, Biden’s national average approval rating currently stands at 39.7 percent, an improvement on his all time low of 37.5 percent recorded July 21, but way down from the low to mid-50s he was enjoying during the first several months of his presidency.

“Dems move to put a cork in the Biden-should-exit-stage-right talk”
By David Siders and Christopher Cadelago
4 August 2022
With Democrats increasingly airing their doubts about Joe Biden’s presidency, one allied Democratic National Committee member decided it was time to try and plug the chatter.
William Owen of Tennessee recently drafted a resolution to put his fellow committee members on record as being supportive of the sitting president.
The DNC has approved similar measures for past presidents.
But the motivation this time was different.
Owen said he wanted to blunt the pessimism surrounding Biden that was emanating from within the party’s own ranks.
“I keep reading all of these articles about Democrats saying they don’t want him to run,” Owen said, adding that the resolution he’s proposing to take up next month will “put all the DNC folks on record saying they are supporting him.”
That a DNC member felt the need to get his colleagues on record about their party’s leader speaks to the political predicament Biden finds himself in.
Less than 100 days before the midterm elections, the president’s job approval rating has fallen below 40 percent, and polls suggest majorities of Democrats would prefer a different nominee in 2024.
Over the weekend and in subsequent interviews this week, Manchin declined to endorse Biden’s reelection.
Rep. Dean Phillips (D-Minn.), said publicly that he doesn’t want Biden to run again, and on Tuesday, Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.) said she doesn’t “believe” he will.
“Any [midterm election candidate] who’s polling is getting a poll back right now showing the president is more of a drag than Obama was in the midterms,” said Danielle Cendejas, a Democratic strategist whose firm did campaign mail for both of Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns.
“That, I think, leads to a pile on of Democrats who are frustrated about their prospects.”
For Biden, who is still testing positive for Covid-19, she said, “In this environment, he’s just in such a tough spot.”
“The poor guy can’t even get sympathy for being sick.”
Inside the White House, aides fear comments like those from Phillips and Maloney could embolden other elected leaders to join suit.
Already, they have watched as Democratic leaders spent weeks dodging questions about whether they want Biden to run.
White House spokesperson Chris Meagher said Biden “is focused on delivering results for working families, building the economy from the bottom up and middle out – getting Americans back to work, making our communities safer, and cutting costs for families.”
But privately, Biden aides and advisers also are increasingly resigned to the fact that his standing won’t meaningfully rebound before November, even with the slate of recent good news and the possibility of a major prescription drug and climate bill being passed before the election.
“The numbers are the numbers,” said one Biden confidant, who went on to immediately argue that the president’s standing going into the midterms would improve ahead of 2024.
Part of what has fed despair in the party is the inability of the White House to turn around its numbers.
Even as the price of gas has fallen dramatically and the Manchin agreement was announced, Biden’s job approval rating barely changed, ticking up two points from the previous week to 39 percent in Wednesday’s POLITICO/Morning Consult poll.
One adviser to major Democratic donors conceded that outside of Washington, “nobody gives a shit” about the Manchin legislative breakthrough.
“[The Biden administration] doesn’t understand that the only thing people care about is inflation, gas prices and the economy writ large.”
“Of course there’s no messaging, and of course they don’t have any idea what the message is,” the adviser added.
“They’re living in La La Land.”
