      1. On a conversation about native americans some time in the past I am pretty sure it was you that applauded the colonists wiping out the native americans. You (or someone with similar … inclinations) said they got what they deserved since there were not able to protect their land.

You and the eastern shore natives sold your land willingly. We didn’t come here to kill you and your families and take your land. So, why are you bitching about it. ALL you (the “from heres”) had to do was not to sell.

        1. I said ‘Advertise’. I said nothing of selling. But to who and where did they ADVERTISE it for sale? Where were the ads run and who looked at them.

          1. A thing called a “Multiple Listing Service” an industry standard listing tool. IT DOES NOT ADVERTISE OUTSIDE OF THE STATE.

Now, let me tell you about this little thing called the “Internet”……kinda ubiquitous nowadays.

Ya know, advertising costs money, and RE brokers are not gonna spend the amount of cash to buy space in the NYT, The Star Ledger, etc…..

  1. If a social media is going to make a difference then a public vote should be the decision. This vote should be for all of Northampton. I’m sure the petition only considers those in Cape Charles that don’t need a job, only stay for the summer, have a vacation rental to promote. Well, that plant has more to do with this county than concerns of Cape Charles. Many in Cape Chuck think they live in their own world and this county is of no importance. I support the plant, building apartments for a work force, and saving this dying county.
