A FOIA request was forwarded to Town Clerk Libby Hume on January 30th. It was received on Friday, January 29th asking for the following information.
1) 2020 taxes paid to the Town by Coastal Precast Systems;
2) An explanation of commercial rehab credits if it applied for 2020;
3) Total town residential taxes for 2020; and
4) Total town business taxes, minus Coastal Precast Systems.
Other FOIA requests were received on February 11th, asking for i) all the building plans and as-builts for 300 Mason Avenue (including two 3-story buildings totaling 45 units, 30residential and 15 commercial); ii) elevator building inspection reports and requirements; iii) the town’s code for builders’ requirements and responsibilities for commercial and residential properties; and iv) whether the builder is required to maintain responsibility for a certain length of time once the buildings are complete.
