CAPE CHARLES, Va. — The Cape Charles Historic District Review Board has canceled its regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2025, after no applications were submitted by the filing deadline.
The board’s next regular meeting will be held Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025. Four applications have been received for review, including:
- 7 Plum Street – window replacement
- 108 Monroe Avenue – front porch and back deck flooring repair and replacement
- 541 Monroe Avenue – chimney removal and back wall repairs
- 552 Monroe Avenue – re-roofing of the front porch and back deck
Town staff are currently processing the applications in preparation for the September session.
