Cape Charles, Va. — The Cape Charles Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., to conduct a joint public hearing with the Town Council on proposed changes to the town’s zoning regulations.
The agenda includes Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 2024-02 and Zoning Map Amendments (ZMA) 2024-02 through 2024-042, part of a comprehensive update to the zoning ordinance.
