Cape Charles, Va. — The Cape Charles Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., to conduct a joint public hearing with the Town Council on proposed changes to the town’s zoning regulations.
The agenda includes Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) 2024-02 and Zoning Map Amendments (ZMA) 2024-02 through 2024-042, part of a comprehensive update to the zoning ordinance. This hearing will allow residents and stakeholders to share input on the full range of zoning changes under consideration, which aim to address growth, land use, and development guidelines across Cape Charles.
