CAPE CHARLES, Va. — Kathy Glaser has been reappointed to the Cape Charles Historic District Review Board, continuing her service as her current term approaches its expiration in January 2026.
Glaser’s term was scheduled to expire Jan. 8, 2026, and she expressed interest in remaining on the board for another term, town officials said.
The Historic District Review Board reviews applications for certificates of appropriateness related to exterior modifications of existing buildings, construction of new structures and the demolition of buildings within the town’s Historic District.
The board is composed of five members, including four citizen members who each serve five-year terms and one representative from the Planning Commission.
