CAPE CHARLES, Va. — The Cape Charles Town Council has approved a two-year contract renewal with Inversa Minds, LLC for IT support services, extending a partnership that began in 2019.
The initial agreement, signed on April 24, 2019, established a non-exclusive, two-year contract that included options for subsequent renewals. The latest extension, approved this week, covers the period from April 24, 2025, through April 24, 2027.
Under the terms of the renewed contract, Inversa Minds will continue to provide professional IT support on a “break and fix” basis, with rates set at $130 per hour for standard support and $150 per hour for emergency support, billed in 30-minute increments. Both parties retain the right to terminate the agreement with at least 30 days’ notice.
Town officials praised Inversa Minds for its reliable service and quick response times, noting that the company has consistently met the town’s IT needs over the past six years.
