Mr. Hamilton says
You’d still have a crew there if you never fired Smitty Dize after basically accusing him of stealing money that was later found. Or fired Barbara Michaux after she was hurt saving someone on a water rescue. Or taking James Jones away from his position as Head of Harbor maintenance. After you fired Smitty you told Barbara she had to hold assistant harbor master for 6 months before she could apply for head position. Then you turn around and hire Charlie Farlow as head who hadn’t held either position at all. All he knew how to do was be an ass and wash his boat. James would make a great Harbor Master.
